How do I receive my digital sewing patterns?
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email with a link to download your PDF patterns. You can also access them anytime by logging into your account on our website.
What is included in a PDF pattern download?
Each pattern includes a detailed instruction booklet with step-by-step illustrations, a print-at-home file (US Letter/A4), and a large-format copy shop file (A0).
Do you offer printed paper patterns?
Currently, Helen's Closet Patterns are only available as digital PDF downloads. This allows us to offer them globally without shipping costs and provides immediate access to our customers.
What is your return policy for digital products?
Due to the nature of digital goods, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once the files have been downloaded or accessed. Please review the size charts and requirements carefully before purchasing.
Can I sell garments made from your patterns?
Our patterns are intended for personal use only. Small-scale home sewists may sell items made from our patterns provided they credit Helen's Closet Patterns, but mass production is strictly prohibited.
How do I choose the correct size?
Each pattern includes a comprehensive size chart based on high bust, full bust, waist, and hip measurements. We recommend choosing your size based on your current body measurements rather than your standard ready-to-wear size.
