At Helen's Closet Patterns, we want you to love your sewing projects. Because digital sewing patterns are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales of PDF patterns are final, while physical goods may be eligible for return within 30 days.

Ensure your item is a physical product in its original, unopened packaging; please note that digital PDF downloads are non-refundable once the link has been generated.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct shipping address.

Securely package your items and send them back to our studio using a tracked shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
